About this Activity
Welcome again to the Soft Skills Pro Demo. Through this demo, you will be able to partially navigate our online community and the Work and Life Essentials course. Students begin each module by clicking the Overview tab. The Overview presents the module objective for each soft skill. - Compare and evaluate the effectiveness of traditional supervision versus 21st-century supervision in motivating and retaining employees.
- Design a personal action plan that integrates soft skills, hard skills, and modern supervisory practices to model the “Aha!” leadership style.
