About this Activity
Welcome again to the Soft Skills Pro Demo. Through this demo, you will be able to partially navigate our online community and the Work and Life Essentials course. Students begin each module by clicking the Overview tab. The Overview presents the module objective for each soft skill. Developing Inner Leadership Part 1
- Explain how leaders are “made” rather than “born”
- Identify and differentiate between the key roles of a manager and a leader in workplace scenarios.
- Analyze the traits of successful leaders and how those traits contribute to effective leadership.
- Evaluate examples of leadership styles and determine which reflect strong inner leadership.
- Develop a personal leadership development plan that reflects inner leadership principles and traits of successful leaders.
