Question #1 Personal Connection
Have you ever been part of a group or class project with people from different backgrounds? What leadership qualities helped the group work well together—or what was missing that caused challenges?

Think of a company or leader in the news who has either successfully embraced cultural diversity or failed to do so. What happened as a result, and what lessons can future leaders learn from that example?

As you prepare for your own career, what leadership traits would you want to develop to be effective in a culturally diverse workplace? How would you practice those traits now as a student?
